Hi Niyal,
The further proceeding depends on the separation policy of your company. If you can tell us what it states.
How long is your notice period?
Did you follow up with you HR regarding your resignation? Drop a mail from your id and mark a CC to your personal mail id so that you can have a proof of contact made. Ask the person as to the reason for delay in the acceptance of the resignation.

Dear ,
Further to Ankita's suggestion, I'd like to add, that keep in incessant transcribe with the Human Resources. An email follow-up is a great idea, alongside why don't you try sending out the resignation letter with a reminder to the Head Office through a Registered Post with AD. It saves a lods of stress as an acknowledgement will be received to you. If you haven't then a second REMINDER along with the RPAD copy attached to it can be produced to the HR for necessary action.
Take a crack at this procedure you are sure to get an outcome of the same. We wish you to update us @ CiteHR, as there are many here in the forum to benefit the endeavour.

Well... if none of the above are available in terms of your contract, notice period clause not being mentioned or no offer letter - In that case you can as mentioned above send a copy by registered post, mail it and also can give a hard copy to line Manager/HR and ask them to accept it for you. You can ask them for an acceptance time and again and escalate the issue if they do not acept it.

Hi Niyal,
1.Resend the resignation mail to Reporting Boss and HR Manager
2.Discuss with your Reporting Boss and HR Manager on resignation
3.Inform that 15 days notice period is already completed and check out if you are suppose to complete 15days or 30days NP
4.Makesure you take mail copy or when you are sending resignation mail to your Boss mark a copy to your personal ID as well

You wait for 30 days from submission of your resignation and after that you quit your job with a reminder letter to Management,

Dear Niyal,
All the above suggestion are good, however I would suggest you to check for the escalation matrics in your orgnisation.
Still I have few doubts about your query like
1) What type of company it is e.g. IT, Telcom etc
2) Is there any written process for leveing the company
It is very important to get the resignation acceptence and releving letter at the time of leving any job, it helps in future when you go for higher in your carrier path.
If no one is helping then you should go for highlighting your case to COO or CEO level.

Give either notice pay or notice to the co with your resignation. In this circumstances it will be effective only after expiry of notice period.
