Pending employer contribution payment - Only the employee's contribution and admin charges paid at the time of payment of salary

Dear sir, Only the employee's contribution and admin charges paid at the time of payment of salary oct.2016, due to the paucity of funds. Now want to make payment of balance amount i.e.employer contribution (12%). We have tried to generate challan for payment ecr/arrears option. But unable to validate data. Kindly advise how to generate challan. Thanks

it is almost impossible to file ECR without employer contribution, please check ECR that there may be PMGKY benefits availed, i.e under lockdown period EPF has waived out some extents of contributions
