Dear Poonam,
few activities that you can introduce in your organization:
A.
Birthday and marriage celebrations
Long service awards
Festival celebrations/ organizing traditional days
In house Refresher programs for employees (by inhouse or outside trainers)
Team building trips (conducted by Professional trainers)
B.
Mentoring (for new employees)
Setting of KPAs and monthly monitoring of the same
regular technical training programs by colleagues or Senior employees
Behavioural training programs
exchange programs between two different functional areas
these are few very basic activities just to give you hint on how much can be done on tis front. you can also tie up with Corporate Training Institutes for the same.

To add on to what you are asking for here will entirely depend on the kind of service / Manufacturing Industry your company is into.
The proposed activities / Team building activities, Motivational talks etc. will all depend on various factors such as your company's focus, what is the need of the hour, where does anyone need training etc. etc. There should be a proper need analysis done before planning anything.
You will be doing a lot and it may be well taken. BUT does it make business sense to do it ? That is the question to answer first.
