Please advice how I can proceed to apply for the post of a lecturer without UGC Net. I have done MBA. My interest is in teaching Humar Resource Management (HRM) related subjects.

I wish You Good Luck for your career plan.
And Teaching is the noblest of all---Unless u are dedicated to continuous learning one can't master it. For starters the sal depends on your experience & location of the job also matters.
It may be anything between 12k to 20 k---depends upon your negotiation skills.
Now is the time----Go and walk in to mgmt institutions & drop your CVs & make an impact.!!
Good luck

Of course...You can .
Just polish a bit of your academics & Use your HR skills..... Academic arena awaiting you. But need to land in the right Institution where Young talent is encouraged. Better to start with BBA Colleges than grow up.
Good luck.
