Obviously this is mandatory if any ladies employee works at your organization. vishakha act (sextual harrasment in working place) you can get the whole details about this act from internet. I think you should set this act at your office rules asap.

Please check the Sexual Harassment of Women (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
You need to frame a policy and also set up a committee.
Further, you need to train and sensitize the employees as well.

Currently looking for opportunity to sensitize employees and ICC members under the compliance necessity of the new labour law 2013 on prevention of sexual harassment of women in work place. I am sure that you are already aware the compliance requirement of the new labour law 2013 such as the law requires every organization with 10 or more employees to carry out sensitization programs for employee and to appoint an ‘external member’, capacity-building programs, orientations and workshops for the complaints committee on the technical aspects of the law.
