Hello All, I'm a Experienced person in HR Recruitment only and i joined new company here i have to take care of all HR activity now I"m confused, how to frame a HR policies for start up company and what all the checklist i have to maintain it. And our company is based on Logistics (Supply chain management) so please anyone advise me what are the mandatory HR policies and checklist need to follow in an organization.
