para medical staff. After preparing the same you have to set for the Major objectives for the
next review period. This is also called as Key Result Areas (KRAs) or Key Performance Areas (KPAs).
If you look into the screen of your Laptop/Desktop, you will find a box (top left of screen, after CiteHR) and you can type your querry and search, you will get some stuff on this.
