What kind of a training do you envisage? Is it muiti locational? How many participants are engaged in the training? What is the level of trainees? What kind of a package do you intend giving in terms of compensation? These are the primary areas that are required to be a part of so called MOU. There is no format truly applicable to all types of training. Do not make it too binding or technical with tight legal clauses. Remember the trainer and trainees being human beings are complimentary and partners in the training programme.
Further the effectiveness, efficiency and outcome of the programme depend on several variables concerning to company, participants basic observations and the kind of expectations. Above all it is nothing but a learning and interactive platform which you cannot put it in MOU. It is impossible to put the entire gamut of training concept in a piece of paper called MOU. It is mutually exclusive and beneficial business or knowledge sharing or enhancing arrangement. We can go on and on............ All that is required a commitment on both sides to knowledge enrichment relevant to the field with a open mind. No professional training company or an individual trainer will agree to the legal clauses for they know it is a trick to reduce the financial implications in one way or other. The winning strategy is form some of mutually agreed areas in the leltter head and let both the partners sign.
