Dear Shruti Arora,

You have raised a query on the applications that can be used for employee training. But then you have not mentioned the nature of your industry, the department of the employee(s), whether the training is technical or non-technical and so on. Furthermore, whatever application used may be, measuring what happened because of the training is more important than the application itself. Therefore, first identify what change because of the training you expect, how the change will be measured and when it will be measured.

Thanks,

Your question is not in a right position. The training is basically meant to bring more efficiency within the employees and to impart knowledge they lack. Therefore, training needs of each one defers from others. Thus the HR & DH do the needs mapping of each employee to enhance his job performance. You need to asses the training needs of all before fixing the training syllabus. There are number of applications / sites are existing but universal texts can not be useful for your employee and company.
