Hi Team, Can anyone help me with the list of mandatory HR Documents under the Karnataka Shops and Establishment Act we have to maintain at our organization? This is for the compliance to fulfill and start a new implementation. As of now, we are planning to list out the documents, and we are also implementing HROne HRMS software, which we can generate on a monthly basis and file.
