I am really grateful to you for solving many issues, this time I am facing an issue with contract employee, we closed his term in August 2014. He is asking us to take him to roll and taking local support of politicians and coming to factory. His behavior is not good so we removed him from the muster. In this case what exactly I have to do tackle this issue. He is under contractors roll so we not issued any letters to him. He is telling I will complain to police station and all stuff. How I have to deal with this point.
Can take up this on priority please.

If he is contractor then ask contractor to take care of the same. If he is interested file police complaint then let him do that. police is not concerned authority do to justice in this case. Make all documents, evidences about his foul behaviour....

As the employee you have mentioned was a contract employee make sure that you have signed copy (Acknowledgement ) of the appointment letter . If in case the employee approach the labour office also you need to be on safe side with all the copies.

I just joined a firm recently as the administrative officer and I was asked to in addition carry out the human resources functions. Is now time for me to fill my KPI FORM, I am asked to state my strategic goals, operational goals, developmental goals, project goals in human resources section.
please I really need help here. my company are into manufacturing of plastic bottles.
