Are a Factory or Shop & Commercial Estt.? You have to obtain approvals/endorsements for change of address in all the documents wherever address is mentioned. In SO address of your unit is finding a place, I am sure. Therefore better get it endorsed/amended and approval obtained from the authority concerned. You may expect complications if there would be some litigation involving SO.
