Dear Mohd_production,
Please tell us where you work. From your ID it looks as though you work in States; if that is the case, how is a command of Tamil and Hindi relevant?
If you are a BE, why did you join as a worker? Having joined as a worker, why should they treat you any different from any other worker?

Dear Mohd,
Though you are engineer, you chose to become worker. You preferred to remain so for two long years. Secondly the questions that you have asked are also not of a stature of engineering graduate.
When you joined your current company, what designation was offered to you? If the designation offered was higher than worker than why did you accept the worker-level work? Did you approach HR for for allotment of work that is compatible to your stature?
You need to improve your self-awareness. You do not have accurate understanding of yourself. Ask question to yourself - who am I? What are my strengths? What are my weaknesses? What opportunities are there in the market?
You have to develop yourself. Nobody can do this for you. Everyone else can give only advice and beyond that nothing.
All the best!

Your experience as a worker has provided you rich insights about the workforce problems at the ground level. So, there should be nothing to regret.
And since you claim to have all the qualifications & competence to get into another organization at the level of at least a 'Trainee Engineer', what is stopping you to quit? Never curse those who have trained you for two years. Make a bold decision & look for a better opportunity.

Dear Friend,
There are two sides of your coin. One could be your perspective and the perspective of your seniors may be different. I would suggest that you speak to your seniors and line managers one to one and seek counselling on their expectations. ALso express your feedback and better treatments. I am sures things will change for better. Of course, you can look for better prospectus, but don't try this in despair.
You need assert yourself with your experience and acclaim a position.
best wishes

Dear Friend
Pl. answer yourself following question
1) What’s your designation/role as per appointment letter? Your recruitment is based on B.E qualification or not?
2) What’s your definition of "working like worker”? Do you do the same work as other workmen do? or sometime or some portion of JD consist such work?
3) How do you feel they treat like you worker?
4) What according to you is difference between "management cadre personnel" and "worker cadre personnel:"
5) Is there discrimination- others in Production Engineering are required to do different work and you alone different work.
While you answer these questions..I will like to mention that many freshers come to industry with wrong notions and preconceived mindset. They think that since they acquired professional qualification they are required to do White Collar and so called sophisticated jobs. From Day one there will be Red carpet and from day they will become boss of those who are working since years.
They lack other skills which are required to get "accepted" and get "inducted" in an organization. I have seen the guys who don’t demand but be concerned with delivering their best and only look for "? Professional; challenges" rather than the levels and authority do success....but it requires patience. you need to give some time..every process..needs some gestation period.
Behold..be positive and be concerned, do develop yourself ...learn what you have not in your engineering college and build upon it. Learn some interpersonal skills..how to get along with people and team. How to be humble without harming your self-esteem etc.
Wish u good luck

Dear Eng.Mohd,
I really appreciate, you stuck to that job for two years, and you must have had a good reason/compulsion to earn. More than anybody you know what is your management and only you have to take a decision and I am
sure you'll shine.
Good Luck,
