This is related to piece rate worker/contractors. They are deemed to be paid on the number of product produced only. Considering, they are not company employees/workers.
1) Whether they are applicable for PF and ESIC?
2) How to safeguard their lieves while working in company?
3) If PF and ESIC is applicable, who will bear the burden towards the same?
