For the recruitment Tracker system it would be easier if you get it designed in the FOX PRO System, all the entries would get automatically generated from offers to joined candidates. My Company currently uses the same.

Please find attached herewith the recruitment tracker, its very good and easy to use and get more output with less input.
To operate this kindly consider some point-
1-You have to track pre selection and post selection procedure with less input.
2- you should have to use filter option
3-You have to fill 1st 3 or 4 column and other detail will automatic comes in.
4-Due, pending, hold, done will be shown in color automatic.
5- Do change as per your requirement.
