We are a web product development company, currently working on a product which will help to gather the Constructive Feedback from the peers/managers to understand how he/she is working so that user will be able to understand their strength and weaknesses from the gathered responses and work on the action plan to improve their career. It is kind of a 360 degree feedback mechanism but in a informal way.
The responses submitted by the reviewers will be visible to the users but the reviewers names will be confidential.
Managers can also get benefited through this product by gathering the honest feedback from their team as team members names are confidential. It will help him to enhance the career and build a confidence and trust with in the team.
