Would be really obliged if you all could kindly help me with my query as follows:
If confirmed employee resignes before completion of one year but completes one year in notice period,then will he be eligible for PL & LTA claim as terms and conditions of Company's mentions eligibility criteria of one year for the calim of the above benefit.?

Foreign visit is not considered for LTA. LTA - tax exemption is considered to promote domestic tourism. Pon

Dear Madam,
First of all, if company makes the rules, we have to abide their rules as whenever company official / director make these rules, they make in their favour. We can not challenge them in any Civil court.
2) When we resign from our post, from that day, we cannot claim for any benefit like Casual leaves and other EMPLOYEES BENEFITS.
So, you cannot claim for LTC at any cost as you have to complete the duration of 30 days in your company.
