I am in process of applying for a Factory License at Daman And Diu. While going through the requirement, I see there are several documents that are needed to be submitted online. Can anyone please help where can I get the below-mentioned documents and if you can share a sample copy as well?
A copy of ON-SITE/OFF-SITE PLANS if applicable/ signed statement on company’s letterhead that it is not applicable.
A copy of the Questionnaire duly filled and signed by the Manager and the Occupier.
