Hi, If you are the only HR in your company then your increments letter would sign by your company owner or anyone who is senior in management department.

Hi Shweta,
It is not mandatory that only an HR representative can authorise an increment or promotion letter. The letter can be signed by anyone authorised by the company to approve such transactions.
As an example if your HR department is tagged under the Finance head, then the finance head's signature on behalf of the company should suffice on the letter. This is in spite of the fact that the finance head is not an HR member.
