I am working in small scale industry. This is year we are planning to introduce performance appraisal system.
In this regard, I have downloaded different types of formats, but I need the procedures/manual/policy to submit to the management. [because our director asked me to prepare a policy/procedures]
So, if anybody has the same kindly send it to me and I have to submit the document by monday.
