I have recently launched the new joinee survey in the organization that is administered online within different intervals i.e. 15th Day, 30th Day etc.
Just wanted to know what kind of analysis I can do out of the responses being received. Like the clustering of survey items into categories and accordingly calculating the % of responses to understand the strengths as well as the pain areas.
I tried searching online but couldn't get anything much.
