one of our staff were maternity leave from Oct 2019 on wards, the salary for the particular employee is being paid by ESI Corporation. Now what happened , while paying ESI contribution we mistakenly paid contribution for the particular IP who were under gone ESI maternity leave. Result is the ESIC stop providing salary for this staff.
Is there any solution for this?
