I would like to know :
1. The wage ceiling for bonus and wage for calculation of bonus; minimum bonus %
2. The gratuity ceiling
3. The ESI salary
4. The EPF & Misc act
5. Workmens Compensation Act
6. Factories Act
Is there any change of the acts in connection with retail industry? I am looking desperately for the above. Kindly help me.
