Dear All, I was trying to approve KYC files on a unified portal of EPFO but while I am approving file, it is going to show an error ' unexpected error occurred while signing. Exception =no matching registered digital signatory details found', and have already registered DSC.
I have tried many times but this is continuously showing the same. What is the solution to this problem? Please give me suggestions regarding this to solve out.
