"Previous employer does not have an authorized digital signatory, hence the claim cannot be processed. Any suggestions on how to solve this? I have two previous employers, and when transferring both PFs to my present employers, it shows the same error. Please guide me on whom I have to contact."

submit physical form 13 to present EPF office, with certification done by present employer, the only way to get it done
