There is nothing wrong in submitting resignation during Probation period. But the question is are you serving notice period after submitting resignation or just like that absconded without information ?
If you follow proper notice period clause then Employer won't go for legal action. However if you had absconded without information them Employer will proceed with disciplinary action and also will hold the salary.
