This time we are having a different topic to share. There are different types of industries in India. The one of the most unorganized sector is related to Animal Husbandry such as Dairy Industry or Dairy Development Boards, Poultry Farms, Piggeries, and any other animal farm or any such industry. Today I want your contribution on the this topic.
Every one is fond of animals may be it is their love and affection, their love towards their products such as milk, curs, eggs, chicken, meat, etc. or live animals itself such as Fishes, Goats, Horses, Cows, Buffaloes, etc (Pets for fun or status).
Dear Experts please share your views or experiences towards this industries. Like what HR practices are/should be followed, What Labour Laws are applicable and do share more details on this.
