Dear all,
This is Binod Kumar from Hyderabad, I am new in HR world. I work in a company with strength of 30 employees.
Due to shifting whole staff to work from home and change in process, some of our staff are doing extremely good and enjoying working from home as well as the new process, but there are some staff whose production is really less and thinking about them to go.
Please help me to know the complete process of letting unproductive staff go with prior notice and without prior notice so that company should not face any legal issues.
Thank you very much.
