Anyone please provide information regarding TCS background verification process like how many years or companies it will consider for employee verification.
Employee has 12 years experience and first two companies worked for 3 years were not functioning and I have only experience certificate no other documents like bank or of statement s.Rest of years worked for mncs.Will it creates any problem in BGC or employment in TCS.
