Dear Seniors, I have one doubt about EPF UAN Online claim process (Joint Declaration). Here we have the option to change the date of birth with the proof of Date of birth certificate, Educational certificate and Passport.
But the problem is my employee's not having these three proofs because they are illiterate people. How can I give the proof and change the date of birth .......
Please suggest me .........

Even we were facing the same issue with regards to PF. You can ask your member to get an age proof certificate attested by Govt.doctor or contact District court of magistrate.

If we get attestation from Govt.doctor or contact District court of magistrate, It will be accepted by EPF Office or not.
Can you get acceptance from epfo / any claim has been settled by epfo - only for clarity purpose.

When contacted a staff working in PF office, she guided us this way. Ya we have submitted 3 claims, and PF office have approved and our employees have received their amount also.
