At working point this marketing Executive called union guys and union persons shouted on me that " we will banned your Working " you can not do joint working with executive in hole region, Did Misbehavior we me. Almost 20 in numbers. They telling me " don't tell anything to marketing executive.
Are the banned my joint work ? On miss behavior what I can do ?

Simply go to local police station and lodge a FIR against that union. They cannot do wrongful restraint and Threaten anybody. Also lodge a complaint with the Registrar of Union of your state along with any CCTV footage if you have. Accompany that with FIR copy. If registrar does not take accord contact, Central Labor Commissioner and lodge a complain or go to High Court.
