I am working as HR in Hyderabad. Regarding our ESI we have our subcode for Hyderabad But our head office is in Bangalore and they paid the contributions from the Bangalore subcode. Now ESI was not acceptable for employees for multi-specialty.
Please guide me if we pay the contribution from our Bangalore code cant our employees use ESI services

please note that if you have branches on other offices, it is mandatory to apply for a sub code. Apply to the respective branch for sub code registration and upon this, they will issue a user ID and password. If you are paying contribution at Bangalore fine, you may request your bangalore office's ESI branch to transfer Hyderabad employee to the Hyderbad branch ESI office, once it is done you can take all the benefit of the ESIC. After getting user id and password for Hyderabad, your company can pay ESI contribution from Bangalore too.

Thanks for your early response,Already we are having one sub code,user name and password for Hyderabad .But they are paying contributions from Bangalore as it was in the name of same name.But esi people was not accepting.

they should accept is as far as you are making contribution properly mentioning Hyderabad Sub code (Separate challan). You should take a report on contribution made with employees name from Bangalore office and then should submit it to Hyderabad office. It will do.

The thing is they are paying the contributions from Banglore subcode not from our Hyderabad code.
They are paying for all our Hyderabad employee from Banglore subcode. Still can we able to continue the ESI service or nOT?

Yes, Your Bangalore office need to provide a letter from Bangalore ESIC office showing contribution made so far and same need to be submitted to the Hyderabad ESIC Office
