I am not sure about your budget, but you can consider paintball or similar off the shelf options. My best suggestion is to own a place and do some social work. For instance, we do quarterly offsites at our work place and, our team did a few of the following:
Plant trees in a selected neighborhood
Filling the mud holes in a specific part of the city.
Visiting an orphanage and planning activities with the kids
All of these activities were pure fun.

Hi Roma,
Is it a team building where a huge no. of participants will be there. I can suggest you some games which can be used in the group of 80 people.

Catterpillar Race- Divide people in the group 4 and each group will have 10 -15 members. Make them stand in a row and blind fold all of them except the last one. They have to hold each other by placing their hands on the shoulders of the person standing in front of them. The last member will guide them towards the destined point. The group who will reach first will be the winner. This is a game where people will come together as a team and enjoy also.

Egg Throw - Make 2 rows of 12 persons and they should face each other. Give them eggs and they will throw it towards the person facing them this other person has to catch it. Slowly - 2 the distance between them will increase. If the egg ill broke they ill be out of the team. Those who ill left in the end ill be winner.

Back Fire - It is a filler game, which can be played during having snacks or lunch. Take an activity name in advance from your team for some other person or team member (Let's suppose Person A wanted person B to imitate Shakti Kapoor) to do something but instead of that You will annouce that A wanted to imitate Shakti Kapoor in the gathering. This is real fun of this team building.

These are some ideas if suits you. You can do this with mixing the team for that you can use colored ribbon method (Which is while entering the venue or premises they can choose one colored ribbon out of 4 and then you can divide them into team according to colored they have choosen).
