The XYZ Group has published over 400 vacancies on its website. The range covers a wide field of qualifications from the electrician, site manager, mechanical engineer, SAP specialist to the controller. These 400 vacancies are managed by 10 recruiters. By default, the jobs are posted on the XYZ career site and on Job boards.
You have access to all systems and the necessary Recruiter licenses for the relevant media and tools are in place.
1. How would you analyze this situation? What would you do?
2. What possible solution or support approaches might be considered.

Or is it a question/assignment for a HR course you are doing? If so, your first port of call is your tutor/professor.
