Case 11: statutory complaints :
Rahul work as an HR executive in xyz company at past 2yrs and he shifted to ppp company as HR Generalist. While Rahul shifting xyz to ppp he cancel his pf account to get back the money . If Rahul quits it's present company within 5 months and he Interested to join in other company.
In case he joined immediately to another company :in past ppp company salary has 15k. Rahul new yyy company salary is greater than 15k (18k-20k).
Study the case carefully and comments
1.if Rahul join other company how he get his pf amount :?? How??
2.if in case he Intrested to cancel is it possible to clim?? How??
3.if he Intrested to transfer /join the old account to new :?? How??
4.Can there be any problems raised if he transfer old ppp company to new yyy company?? comments.??

nowhere mentioned that the PF is with EPFO or trust fund, however assuming that the EPFO is depository of his fund
an EPF account can not be cancelled , keep this always in mind , membership number may get change as per new employee but the UAN always remains same, whatsoever it is assumed that rahul has got his claim settled from xyz and has no due from provident fund of xyz
now he waroked 5 months in ppp ......... and without completing 6 months of service he can not file any claim
he has to use the UAN of ppp in new joining company, and if his UAN is activated and KYC is verified digitally, it will get auto transfered to new joining company otherwise he has to fill form 19 through his member portal using his uan for transfer
if the employee change uan then this 5 month money can not be claimed.
