We are a 100 people company with staff members of salary range 1.5 lacs to 7 lacs per annum.
We are a small business and cost and requirements are limited.
We would like to add personality assessment tools to our recruitment. Which is a good suitable tool which will not be too complicated or expensive ?
There are several free tools out there, do we really need to pay for one ? Have friends using 16pf and Predictive Index - any opinions on them ?
