Dear friend,
Please refer my training e-brochure that is attached to this post. Do you want me to conduct the training programme for your company staffs? I will do the following for you:
a) Training Need Analysis
b) Preparation of the Customised Training Programmes
c) Post-training evaluation
d) In each training programme, I will make participants aware how revenue leakage was happening because of the gap in skills/knowledge.
e) Cost of training: - obviously it will be small part of cost of non-training.
I do conduct the public workshops in Mumbai too. Please click here to know their details.
Thanks,
Dinesh V Divekar

* Leadership skills
* Team bonding/building
* Task management
* Customer/Client servicing
* Mentoring & Coaching skills

* Motivation skills
etc...the list is large, but am sure you get the basic picture.
Feel free to write to me at for any queries.

Hi,
You can try on the following -
1. Communication Skills.
2. Team Buliding & Team Work.
3. Time Management.
4. Presentation Skills.
5. Leadership Skills.
6. Customer Handling.
7. Negotiating Skills.
8. Effective Listening.
and many more.
You can write a mail 2 various dept. heads in ur orgn asking them 2 list out the top 5 areas in soft skills where they want their employees 2 be trained.
Consolidate that and arrange training in order of priority so that the area requested by maximum departments can be addressed first.
