Hi sir
Though you have not mentioned in what you deal means services or products, i am suggesting you that to increase brand value of your company
1. you should increase brand name recognition among the public for that you may use so many tools of publicity.
e.g. Social Media usage, public Activities , Visits of Students and Much More.
2.For the internal training :-
(i) Play games in which you can teach them the power of team building
(ii)Demo Case studies and much more things can be done.
3.Positive attitude can be developed in anyone when level of fear is low, for that you must do some psychometric tests of employees,
4.To developing organisational belongingness you should run some programme for their family too, if company will think for them they will do the same
These are HINTS ONLY if you want ideas in details then mail me gaurav.sharma069@gmail.com

Dear Karthik,
Some of the things that you have been told are out of your reach as a soft skills trainer. Of the four things that you have mentioned, except for Sl No 2, all are part of the organisation's culture. How to shape the company's culture is primarily your MD's job. Yes, soft skills training impacts the culture but there is no permanent effect as such.
Suppose a bone is fractured in the body. To abate the pain, one may apply some balm on ointment but then this is not a permanent solution. The fractured bone has to be fixed. Soft skills training is something like a balm. Soft skills training is a medium to create a change and not the final solution.
Paragraph-wise replies to your questions are as below:
1. Increasing Brand Value of the Company: -
Comments: - Increasing the brand value is marketing department's job. Brand value depends on the quality of the product or services. Therefore, increase the product quality and the levels of customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, mere generation of high quality product will not increase brand value in itself. For this your marketing department has to devise a sound strategy for the brand promotion. Lastly, your employees are the brand ambassadors in the job market. For this, you need to give focused training during their induction phase itself.
2. Introducing 2 creative things in Internal Training
Comments: - Creative or otherwise, you should get ROI on the training. For this make your participants accountable to prove that they have returned funds spent on the training. Conduct only the ROI oriented trainings and nothing else.
3. Developing Positive attitude of the employees
Comments: - Employee attitude is a result of organisation's culture. Organisation's culture depends on quality of the recruitment, staff training, result orientation, innovation and so on. For this top leadership plays a major role. In this connection. you may go through my following past reply:

4. Developing Organizational Belongingness
Comments: - Same reply as that of Sl No 3 above. To add further, employees will show belongingness to their company provided top leadership shows belongingness to them. If the leadership leaves them high and dry then do not expect them to belong to the organisation. They also will leave their company high and dry.
All the best!

Take customer feed back and work on it to improve satisfaction level. One satisfied customer will bring in many more and the brand building will automatically takes place. Remember customer both out side and internal. Ultimately every one around should understand for what value your organisation stands for. Of course, as suggested by others your company can also g in far various ads in parallel .

Hello Karthik,
First of all congratulations on being given a challenge to overcome. As a person you are definitely going to be enriched by the exercise that you are to taken on
Our 2 cents...
Brand value of the company in our opinion can be increased by every employee of the company. It is not propriety to any specific department. The truth is every employee is your company's 'brand ambassador'. So you will need to understand the context in which your Managing Director said about brand value. I am sure he is talking about the Brand value of the company itself and not the branding of the products which is entirely different.
Zen Philosophy essentially says "Everything depends on the Quality of the Person". One of the most difficult things for any human being to follow is 'unlearning'. Most human beings always want to add more thinking that they gain more. But circumstances teach that 'unlearning' has to occur in order to 'remold' one's self. As a trainer you may have several ideas that you would have wanted to implement so go ahead and test those ideas. they will certainly be helpful.
Sense of Belonging to the organization - How do one feel this? It has to come from within, it comes with accountability, responsibility among others. The organization should not treat its employees are mere revenue spinners. They to invest in its people in every way. Just as we do a master health check-up for the body the organization should be able to conduct an "Employee Satisfaction Survey" using an external facilitator who will also work and improve the 'organization's health'.
We hope our insights help.
