I was working in a company for about 1 yr 4 months. Recently I resigned from there. Still now I have to get my 3 months salary they had told they will release with the present employee salary, bout even after I haven\'t got mine. I thought to go legally so can u suggest me the approx. time it will take if I go for a case and all.

Dear Rinu,
If You are palninig to legally,first of all do you have any written document or letter which stated that salary havn't paid to you.
Is it mention in your appointment letter any clause which stated the time for releaving your hold salary.
Kindly check all document you have then only opt for it.
