In the event that an employee was temporarily transferred from full-time to part-time work for a period of three months for personal reasons,
and experienced medical complications during that period, and took an eight-day leave of absence. Can we change his eight days of medical leave and give him his full pay for the eight days when he works a part-time job? Alternatively, should Medical Leave be cut in half? Please assist in guiding and compiling the salary.

A part time employee will have right to get all leaves including medical leave. In respect of a part time employee the part time that he works is a day. Therefore, whenever he takes a leave of absence, it should be treated as one day leave. It cannot be half day leave.
