I worked in an a Private organization for 6 years and withdrew my PF fund immediately after I left it.When I forwarded form 10C to PF Office to claim SCHEME CERTIFICATE,they sent it back saying that certificate can not be claimed after the withdrawal of PF amount. Please guide me what is the procedure to obtain Scheme Certificate to club my past service.

Greetings for the day,
One can only apply the scheme certicate if the contribution of EPF/EPS accumulation is contributed to 10years or more. Then only scheme certificate will be issued.Process is same that application should be made in form 10 C. Service lesser than ten years withdrawal of both the accumulation will be provided.
