i have issue the showcase notice to employees for absenteesum but after 48 hours also they have not given reply, i called and asked them than also they have not replied, ple suggest me what is the next step and please send me the format also.

MY SUGGESTION: Please Issue Notice of Enquiry stating therein that yhe had not replied to the SCN as per the requirement in the Notice and despite oral reminder about the non submission of explanation.
The Enquiry Notice must also contain the details of the Name of E.O., Date, time and place of enquiry. Please include that he would be permitted to have one of his co-workers of hios choice and that no outsider will be permitted (please state the clause of CSO/MSO). Please also state the Enquiry will be conducted in a fair nad transparent manner adhering to the principles of natural justice.
