what could be the different methods to circulate ones comments on these sites.
how could we diversify recruitment by using these sites:confused:

Hi Anamika,
Social networking sites can be used as a lead for headhunting …please refer to my erstwhile article for some tips ..

Social networking sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn etc are all the rage and also people join here ( most of them ) for better prospects.
LinkedIn, yes - it has pretty much a 99% business focus and I have noticed, for the most part, users have been rather ‘protective’ of LinkedIn, usually trying to bring in people who are quality professionals or skilled artisans in the broadest definitions of those terms.
This gives one some leads and understanding of the skills sets one is looking for and head hunt them . Incase if they are not interested in a change definitely they would refer someone usually their friends who might be looking for a change.
Best wishes,
Rajat
