u r workin TVRLS. dats great. i got a queestionnaire on HRD CLIMATE SURVEY dat is created by Dr. T.V. Rao himself. dats really a gud one but i want to know abt how to analyse and interpret d results. infact i was just trying to talk to TV RAo Learning Systems for dat. Well if u cud give further info regarding d same, i shall b highly obliged or if u cud give sm directions to get dat.bye
