Please help me;
I joined one of the reputed organisation on : 02-Sep 2013.
I was asked to resign on `14thJuly 2017.
Notice period start from same date ie until 12th Oct 2017.
I was paid until 12th OCT 2017.
I would like to know if my case is going to be consider or not fro gratuity.
HR is saying I've not completed 240 days in the organisaiton.
Please help me.
