Hello Everyone, I want to write an offer letter to one of our trainees mentioning that if he keeps his performance well during his internship we will be offering him full-time employment with a nice salary. Please suggest some formats.
Thanks & Regards

Dear member,

It is customary to convert the trainees into permanent employees. It has happened in many companies and so could be your company. There is no need to give a written letter as such. A verbal assurance by senior management personnel is sufficient.

You have employed a "Trainee" in your organisation. But then what is his/her qualification and what will be the training period? "Keeping performance well" is a vague term. Therefore, have you defined measurable levels of "Excellent", "Very Good", "Good" and "Average" performance? Otherwise, have you defined the KRAs for this position?

While giving a verbal assurance, let the senior management personnel just say, the performance should be "____" grade or above or "____"% or above. A target with proper definition will motivate the trainee.

Thanks,
