Our one plant located in notified area under ESIC act. in north india side.
Another plant is non notified area in Pune district.
Some employees of north side plant permanently transfer at Pune which comes non notified area.
And the wages process by thier origin plant, so our north side plant can deduct the esic contribution, if yes then this employees can avail the esic facility here at Pune?

If the employees has god the ESI identity card then they can avail the benefits of ESI where ever in india.

Dear Pankaj ji,
What I understood from your posting that some of your employees are transferred permanently from unit covered under ESI to the unit which is in non-implemented area and hence the said unit is not covered under ESI. The salary of such transferred employees is being administered from the unit covered under ESI. Your question is whether such transferred employees should continue to be in ESI or not.
My answer to this is - NOT.
