Hi, I am doing a project on employee engagement. As part of the project, a conducted a questionnaire based survey(70 respondents) for airtel where i did my internship. I need urgent help on how to analyse the questionnaire and prepare a project report on the same. My questionnaire has 15 closed ended questions rated on a 5pt Likert scale and 5 open ended questions. please reply asap!

No, there are no demographic questions. Basic details like level(manager/assistant manager etc.), years within the organization and time in current role are asked. Name and employee ID are not asked.
