Hello Everyone, I was an employee of a very reputable organization and due to some reason as asked to leave with a termination mail.
When I approached for my full and final payment I was informed that I was late and the company won't be able to provide my FnF.
So the question is it's almost 11 months post my last working day, can I still claim my FnF?
I worked for 4 Years and 6 Months in the organization Am I eligible for gratuity?
Am I eligible to claim for not providing my notice by the organization for the compensation?
Please advise

Technically speaking, claims of amounts due can be made within 3 years under the Limitation Act.
Further, it was the duty of the employer to do the F&F and send the money to you by cheque or transfer to your bank account.
So the delay is no grounds for refusal. If you are a workman under the ID act, you can approach the labour commissioner for assistance
