Hi Everyone,
I hope you all are fine and doing well.

I am excited to share that I am actively seeking an opportunity to participate in a Learning & Development or Training & Development certification course on the best online platform. As an experienced Trainer, I believe this certification will further enhance my skills and expertise in this domain, allowing me to deliver even more impactful training sessions.

I would be grateful for your support in adding some key skills to my profile, specifically in the areas.

Regards
Anannya

Many institutions like Indian Society for Training and Development, All India Management Association, etc conduct Train the Trainer programmes often. Even I conduct a programme called How to become an effective trainer. Google search and decide. Training is an exciting career. But please remember that you should do lot of self-development like reading all sorts of books like motivational, autobiographies of great leaders, ramayan, mahabharat, bible.... anything and everything, reading newspapers daily,. All these things give you a lot of input in conducting training programmes easily. Develop humour and it plays a major role in training. Training has to be a passion and not a job. Please remember that.
